Mr. Narayan Rao Gali, FCMA, FCS, FIOD, LL.B, a “TURNAROUND EXPERT”, having retired as Chairman and Managing Director of Artificial Limbs Manufacturing Corporation of India (ALIMCO), a CPSU under the Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment. He has an industry experience of 40 years and has performed various top management roles covering various functional areas such as Materials Management, Commercial, Legal, Taxation, Secretarial, HR, Production in addition to core Finance & Accounting Function, during his tenure in prestigious CPSUs like Artificial Limbs Manufacturing Corporation of India (ALIMCO), a CPSU under the Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment, Bharat Dynamics Limited (a CPSU under the Ministry of Defence, Sponge Iron India Limited (a CPSU under the Ministry of Steel & Mines), at various positions.

He was also a member of various National and International organisations, including the W.H.O, Geneva.

He has been the recipient of numerous national and international awards, including one prestigious award from His Excellency The President of India for his excellent performance in turning around a Sick CPSU into MINIRATNA status CPSU.

Also he was Director on the Board of NHFDC and Independent Director on the Boards of B.S. Limited and currently he holds the positions of Independent Directors on the Boards of NRDC, a CPSU under the Ministry of Science & Technology.

He has been hat trick chairman of Hyderabad Chapter of ICAI.

He is also holding the position of Honorary Chief Executive Officer of Council for Green Revolution, an environmental protection organisation.
